Cleanroom Production Operator- Pay up to $19.75/hr- Indianapolis, IN.

Shift: 2nd shift- 3:00PM to 11:00PM (Monday through Friday)

3rd shift- 11:00PM to 7:00AM (Sunday through Thursday)

Pay: Up to $19.75/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble simple and complex devices using hand and power tools
• Operate automated assembly equipment
• Follow work instructions and assembly drawings
• Perform product inspection and quality checks
• Record and document production activities accurately (GDP)
• Package and label finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Perform data entry related to production and inspection

Required Qualifications

• Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
• Basic data entry and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks on an assembly line

Preferred Qualifications

• Cleanroom experience
• Packaging and inspection experience
• Mechanical assembly, wiring, or soldering experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Knowledge of quality control processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
