🛠️ What You’ll Do

As a Production Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly:

• Load and unload metal parts on press machines
• Operate machinery by starting, stopping, and monitoring production cycles
• Load raw materials according to work instructions and specifications
• Perform quality inspections using gauges and measurement tools
• Move materials and finished products using pallet jacks
• Assist with machine setup and changeovers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow all safety standards and operational procedures

✅ What You Bring

• Ability to learn basic machine operation and inspection processes
• Physical stamina to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime during peak production
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Strong work ethic and reliability

⭐ Preferred Qualifications (Plus, Not Required)

• Prior machine operation experience (may qualify for higher pay)
• Experience using quality inspection tools and gauges
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience with forklifts or overhead cranes
• BGV in steel or heavy manufacturing environments

🕒 Schedule

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• ➡️ Mandatory overtime on Fridays during peak seasons (summer months)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
