General Production Worker - URGENT NEED HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Summary:

We are hiring a General Production Worker to support manufacturing operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This role involves operating production equipment, performing assembly and machine-related tasks, scanning and tracking work through computer systems, and rotating between multiple workstations to support production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Operate production equipment, including CNC-fed and automated machines.
• Scan barcodes/QR codes and create labels using computer systems.
• Perform production tasks such as tumbling, grinding, and material handling.
• Inspect products and maintain quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Cross-train and rotate between different departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions and work safely.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• CNC or cleanroom experience is a plus.

Work Environment:

• Clean, well-lit, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
• Potential cleanroom work with provided PPE.
• Monday–Friday schedule with 1st and 2nd shift opportunities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berlin, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
