Job Description
Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Summary:
We are hiring a General Production Worker to support manufacturing operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This role involves operating production equipment, performing assembly and machine-related tasks, scanning and tracking work through computer systems, and rotating between multiple workstations to support production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Operate production equipment, including CNC-fed and automated machines.
- Scan barcodes/QR codes and create labels using computer systems.
- Perform production tasks such as tumbling, grinding, and material handling.
- Inspect products and maintain quality standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Cross-train and rotate between different departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Ability to follow written instructions and work safely.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- CNC or cleanroom experience is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Clean, well-lit, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Potential cleanroom work with provided PPE.
- Monday–Friday schedule with 1st and 2nd shift opportunities.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berlin, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.
