Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and tailor interventions to diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students and develop individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with school and district goals
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services across classrooms, collaborating with teaching teams
  • Train staff and caregivers on appropriate intervention techniques and strategies
  • Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed for measurable outcomes
  • Serve as a resource for ongoing professional development and support with behavioral challenges
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program and legal requirements
