Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students and develop individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with school and district goals
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services across classrooms, collaborating with teaching teams
- Train staff and caregivers on appropriate intervention techniques and strategies
- Monitor student progress, analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed for measurable outcomes
- Serve as a resource for ongoing professional development and support with behavioral challenges
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with program and legal requirements
