Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), in good standing

  • Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to inform decision-making
  • Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards related to IDEA and BIP implementation
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify the behavioral needs of students through thorough evaluations and collaboration with educational teams
  • Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, ensuring fidelity and effectiveness
  • Provide direct and consultative support to staff, offering ongoing training and modeling best practices
  • Collect and interpret behavioral data, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings, helping shape positive learning environments and support plans
  • Foster open communication with families and staff to ensure cohesive implementation and progress
