Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a great person who is comfortable and competent managing my 11-year-old with autism for pur biggest pressure point when I complete three 12 hour shifts in a row and I am fully depleted and the transition from being cared for by grandma to mom causes escalation in behavior. Ive been running on empty for far too long and he deserves better than the zombie I am after 3 long shifts. We would prefer someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, experience with autism and behaviors, who is excellent at boundary setting and de-escalation, and who is CPR certified.
