Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Springfield. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified. Would prefer someone who has experience with trauma, as my oldest has experienced trauma with both of his biological parents and does display anger sometimes. Hes easily redirected, but only want to inform to allow someone to make a choice ahead of time if our family could be a right for them.
