Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide comprehensive obstetric care in a high-paced Labor and Delivery unit.
\n
• Manage laboring patients, including high-risk cases requiring specialized care.
\n
• Circulate in the operating room for cesarean sections and obstetric surgeries.
\n
• Utilize fetal monitoring equipment to assess fetal wellbeing and make clinical decisions.
\n
• Offer patient education and support, including breastfeeding and postpartum care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic charting system.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience required.
\n
• Active RN license with compact privileges or valid state licensure in Colorado.
\n
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate required.
\n
• Experience with Epic charting and a patient ratio of 1:2 is preferred.
\n
• Familiarity with administering Mag Sulfate and managing obstetric emergencies.
\n
• On-call and weekend flexibility required according to unit needs.
\n
