Occupational Therapist (OT) / COTA) | Show Low, AZ | Up to 60/hr

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join a supportive school district near Show Low, Arizona for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, onsite role focuses on helping students develop the skills needed for academic success and functional independence. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians interested in school-based therapy, pediatric care, and a flexible work schedule.

Position Overview:

• Part-time, school-based role (approximately 2 days per week)
• 2026–2027 school year assignment
• On-site position within a collaborative school district
• Open to OT and COTA/OTA candidates
• Caseload discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Support development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Assist students in improving participation in classroom activities
• Conduct screenings and assessments or assist under OT supervision (COTA/OTA)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with IDEA and Arizona state guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Active Arizona OT license OR COTA/OTA certification
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a part-time school-based role
