Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide specialized nursing care during surgical procedures.
\n
• Coordinate patient care with surgical team including surgeons and anesthesiologists.
\n
• Monitor the patient's condition during surgery and provide necessary interventions.
\n
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control guidelines.
\n
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
\n
• Document all necessary information related to surgery and patient care.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Valid RN license in the state of California.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an operating room setting preferred.
\n
• Current certification in BCLS and ACLS is preferred.
\n
• Proficient with EPIC charting system.
\n
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and on-call hours.
\n
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient safety protocols.
\n
