Current College Students - Part-Time Summer Babysitter / Mother’s Helper Needed

We're a friendly family in Santa Monica looking for a warm, energetic, and dependable babysitter/mother's helper to help care for our two children this summer: a 5-year-old girl and a 2.5-year-old boy. Schedule * Approximately 10-15 hours per week * Days and hours are flexible for the right fit * Ideal for a college student, graduate student, or someone looking for part-time summer work Responsibilities * Engaging and playing with the children (crafts, games, outdoor play, reading, etc.) * Driving short distances to local activities and appointments * Preparing simple meals and snacks for the children * Light household support, including: * Unloading the dishwasher * Folding and putting away laundry * Putting away groceries * Occasional small errands (e.g., Amazon returns) We're Looking For Someone Who Is * Kind, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with young children * Reliable, responsible, and proactive * Comfortable balancing childcare and light household tasks * Has a valid driver's license and safe driving record * Prior babysitting, nannying, camp counselor, or childcare experience preferred Additional Details * Competitive pay based on experience * Opportunity to continue during the school year for the right candidate If you're interested, please send a brief introduction, your childcare experience, availability, and references.
