Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Emphysema and recent COPD exacerbation due to chest cold and pneumonia. She is exiting a rehab where she had nurses, doctors, OT, PT, activity coordinator, 3 meals per day in her, 24/7 oxygen, and has gotten much better but we want her to heal all the way and be safe. About the care needs: Smart, sense of humor, kind and professional. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
