Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

About who needs care: I am just trying to get an idea of potential help for my sister-in-law who has Parkinson's with mobility challenges. With my brother's help, they are getting along ok, but I am concerned that if anything happens causing him unable to care for her (an accident or whatever) she will not be able to care for herself. I want to offer suggestions to him in advance so that he (or she) can call for help if/when it is needed. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
