Childcare Needed

My girls like people who are outgoing and fun. They like to play outside. They are athletic and smart. They need structure, but also just like to have a good time and play with someone. I would like them to feel comforted and loved. Im looking for someone who could do 2-4 hours recurring weekly plus filling in as needed when I work or date nights.
