Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for a reliable and flexible caregiver who is comfortable with an on-call schedule/last minute availability, as my childcare needs vary and are not set on specific days or times. The ideal caregiver has reliable transportation, is willing to travel when needed, and can adapt to changing schedules. My child is 9 months old, and I am currently expecting a baby in August, so experience with newborns and infants is preferred. We are a Christian household, so I would prefer someone whose values align with our faith or who is respectful and comfortable with Christian beliefs while in our home.
