Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a full-time nanny to care for our two daughters. They will be 6 months and about 2. 5 years old at the start of the position in August. Dad works from home with travel and mom works full time outside of the home in a high demanding position, so reliability and open communication are a must. We value someone who is warm, kind, flexible, and proactive. Being OK with pets is a must as we have a German shepherd. Our family values outdoor time spent on walks/time at the park, and we spend lots of time at the library. Light housekeeping to keep up with the day-to-day with the children is all that is expected.
