Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

One of our kids has ADHD and ODD and is extremely smart. He is defiant to authority, and responds best to redirection and moving his body. They both enjoy Pokemon, reading, playing outside/ in the pool, playing with cars, magnatiles, ideally limited screen time, but some screentime is okay (transitions away from screens can be difficult). Ideal day is fairly structured, expectations are clear and known ahead of time, a balance of playing, reading/ quiet time and screens. They love going to the park or library.
