Childcare Needed

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Saint Paul. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree. Our daughter has a metabolic disorder so any additional trainings or certifications would be appreciated as she would need extra attention.
