Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Listed below are the essential duties of this position, including information around 
necessary qualifications and work environment expectations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized guest facilities, grounds, and common areas 
throughout the property
• Perform custodial duties including cleaning restrooms, bathhouses, cabins, 
offices, campsites, and public spaces to company standards
• Maintain and improve landscaping and outdoor areas through mowing, trimming, 
planting, weeding, leaf removal, snow removal, trash removal and general 
groundskeeping
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping and maintenance equipment including 
mowers, weed eaters, blowers, utility vehicles, and related tools
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, and 
groundskeeping machinery
• Restock guest and cleaning supplies including paper products, soap, amenities, 
and custodial materials
• Follow proper procedures for waste removal, equipment storage, and safe handling 
of cleaning and maintenance materials
• Report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns 
promptly to leadership
• Assist guests with directions, park information, and general customer service needs 
while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
• Adhere to all company safety policies, operational procedures, and OSHA 
guidelines while supporting overall park operations as needed

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 16 years or older
• Valid driver's license
• Background check
• Able to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Has (or willing to open) a checking account for direct deposit

Preferred qualifications:

• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Available to work: holidays
