Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented State Farm Field Associate to join our team. This role is primarily sales-focused but also requires providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office setting and possess a strong drive to close deals and exceed targets. You must have 2-5 years State Farm experience to be considered for this remote position.


Key Responsibilities:

• Actively pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed company goals
• Provide outstanding service to existing clients to maintain strong relationships
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales and service activities
• Collaborate effectively with team members and management

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Must have at 2-5 years' experience with State Farm
• Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate approach to helping people, which makes you a great candidate
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
• Prior sales experience preferred but not required

Compensation:
