As an Insurance Account Representative, you’ll be the trusted voice our customers rely on. You’ll help solve problems, answer questions, review coverage, and identify opportunities to better protect our customers and their families. What You’ll Do


  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, claims support, and coverage reviews
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and become a trusted resource for their insurance needs
  • Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that provide additional protection and value
  • Follow up with prospects, referrals, and existing customers to strengthen relationships and generate new business
  • Work closely with team members to create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
