As a Bi-lingual Account Representative for Street Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Met monthly sales quotas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing personality
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking is a must)
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Illinois Insurance Producer license (Property, Casualty, Life and Health)
