What You'll Do

• Design structural systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations, construction documents, specifications, and technical reports.
• Perform structural analysis and evaluate design alternatives.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, surveyors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and support construction administration activities.
• Review plans and designs for compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Assist with project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
• Provide technical expertise throughout project planning, design, and execution.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis or related discipline.
• PE license preferred or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience with structural design and analysis software.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of building codes and structural design standards.
• Experience supporting residential, commercial, or land development projects preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
