Office Representative Full-Time


Gaylas State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Office Representative. This full-time position offers a rewarding career path with competitive pay, licensing support, bonuses, and excellent benefits.

Position Details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:50 a.m. 5:00 p.m., with overtime and weekends as needed
• In-person role based in Tallahassee, FL
• Base pay starting at $19.00 per hour ($39,672 annually) with increases based on licenses obtained

Compensation & Pay Scale:

Pay is bi-monthly, on the 1st and 16th. Additional monthly bonuses and commissions are available.

P & C FL 2-20 or Life FL 2-15 - Hourly $19/ Salary $39,672

P & C FL 2-20 & Life FL 2-15 - Hourly $20/ Salary $41,760

Series 6 & 65 Licenses - Hourly $22/ Salary $45,936

What Youll Do:

• Build and maintain customer relationships through value-based conversations and exceptional service
• Assist customers with insurance and financial product options using a needs-based review process
• Handle incoming calls, provide advice, resolve questions or concerns, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with Gayla to meet marketing and sales goals
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services
• Participate actively in licensing and onboarding processes

Requirements:

• Must have or obtain required license(s) before employment begins
• Reliable, ethical, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Sales experience REQUIRED
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Must pass a background check prior to employment

Dress Code:
Business or business casual attire required. No jeans, sneakers, tank tops, flip flops, or leggings unless paired with a top reaching mid-thigh.
