Summary of Position: As our Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator & Bliss Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in providing detailed treatment plans and ensuring that every patient feels valued, respected, and supported throughout their orthodontic journey. Join us in creating smiles and spreading joy with every interaction.
Responsibilities:
- New Patient Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for new patients, from confirmation calls to treatment plan presentations, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Practice Promotion: Actively promote our orthodontic services and initiatives to attract new patients and maximize referrals, embodying the Smilebliss™ commitment to excellence and growth.
- Patient Financial Presentation: Present treatment costs and payment options clearly and transparently, ensuring patients understand their investment in their oral health and feel confident in their decision to proceed with treatment.
- Recall and Follow-up Processes: Maintain communication with patients through recall and follow-up processes, ensuring continuity of care and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and satisfaction.
General & Administrative Responsibilities:
- Display professionalism and positivity in all interactions, contributing to a welcoming and supportive practice environment.
- Collaborate with the Bliss Advisor and Doctor to address challenges and brainstorm innovative ideas for practice growth.
- Maintain accurate patient records and practice management system entries, ensuring seamless operations and efficient patient care.
Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on delivering clear and empathetic patient interactions.
- Customer service-oriented mindset, dedicated to enhancing the patient experience and building lasting relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical concepts and practice management software.
- Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively resolve conflicts or challenges.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school diploma, plus 1 to 3 years of related work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Dental experience and familiarity with practice software programs preferred.
- Commitment to upholding HIPAA and OSHA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and safety.
