Job Description

Bob-Boyd Lincoln is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Loaner Vehicle and Pick up Delivery Coordinator to support our busy service department. This role ensures our loaner vehicle fleet is managed effectively and that customers enjoy a seamless experience when arranging pick-up and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the loaner vehicle fleet, ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customers

  • Prepare loaner agreements and maintain accurate records for all transactions

  • Coordinate pick-up and delivery services for service customers

  • Communicate with customers to arrange vehicle returns and scheduling

  • Support service advisors with loaner vehicle needs and related administrative tasks

  • Ensure dealership policies and safety guidelines are followed at all times

  • Track "Out of dealership" repairs for stock and loaner vehicles
Qualifications
  • Prior dealership or customer service experience preferred

  • Rental agency or Dealership Service Advisor experience is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required

  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
