Compensation: Performance-based compensation with upside earning potential, including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives based on individual results. Average 1st year professional earns between $80,000-$120,000.
Compensation:$80,000 - $120,000 average first year salary
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and priorities.
- Develop and present personalized financial strategies and recommendations.
- Help clients implement solutions, including insurance, investments, and savings strategies.
- Build long-term client relationships through ongoing service and financial guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, recommendations, and financial plans.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Business-driven mindset with a desire to build a career
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to obtain required state insurance licenses and registrations, as applicable
