General Laborer / Yard Cleanup Worker (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Responsibilities

• Perform general yard cleanup and housekeeping duties
• Pick up and dispose of trash, debris, and scrap materials
• Sort and move metal and other materials as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general labor tasks throughout the yard
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in both languages
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Previous general labor, warehouse, construction, or yard experience is a plus but not required
