Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Provide detailed information about our moving and cleaning services to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
• Prepare and present quotes for moving and cleaning services.
• Track sales leads and follow up with potential customers promptly.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the moving or cleaning industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Positive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is a plus.
