You will assist with the Agency's growth and retention needs of our Agency. You will help improve the lives of our customers by proactively selling and services State Farm products and services to prospective and current customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Development new business and Agency awareness in the markets we serve.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication and interpersonal relationship building skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in Insurance industry customer service and/or sales preferred.
