Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Im looking to hire Customer Service Representative for an Independent State Farm Insurance Agency (Preferably with P&C license) if you dont have the license I will help in acquiring it. Training will be provided. You must be professional and have excellent communication skills.

Duties:

- Cold calling

- Ask for referrals

- Contact existing customers to add new lines of insurance.

- Pivot from service contacts to set cross-selling appointments.

- Review existing policies and process changes.

- Take claims and follow-up on claims questions or problems

- Process service requests/memos

- Process payments, answer phones & greet customers

- Contact existing customers to set review appointments.
