About this job
Job Description
Most crypto products were built for humans clicking buttons. The next wave of onchain participants are agents: autonomous, always-on, and incentive-aware. we are building the product layer for that world and we're looking for the person to lead it.
Why nowWe've spent years at the frontier of consumer crypto, turning human attention into millions of onchain actions. That hard-won engine, onchain distribution, incentive coordination, and proof of action, is exactly what the agentic economy will need most.
The shift is happening now because agents are becoming economic actors. They can reason, hold and move value, and respond to incentives. That opens a new product layer: one built not for humans clicking buttons, but for autonomous participants discovering opportunities, completing actions, and coordinating onchain.
Few teams are better positioned to build it. Between our onchain distribution, our depth in incentive design, and the users and data behind us, this is a layer we're built to own. This is not a pivot away from crypto. It is the moment our crypto heritage becomes the unfair advantage.
The roleYou will own where our product goes as it becomes the product layer for the agentic economy. You'll set the product vision and strategy, decide what we build and what we kill, and turn a fast-moving thesis into products that humans and agents actually use. You'll work with the leadership team as a peer, and build and lead the product function around you. This seat is for someone who leads with product vision and can still get their hands dirty shipping.
What you'll doDecide what we build for the agentic economy, and what it doesn't build. Set the direction and defend the focus.
Turn our distribution and incentive engine into products built for agents, not just the humans who deploy them.
Find the wedges that bring the next wave of participants, human and agent, into the agentic economy.
Run fast, build MVPs, test, iterate, then turn what you learn into the roadmap.
Make the hard calls on focus, and strip the platform down to the layer that compounds.
Build a data-driven product culture: define the metrics that matter and steer by them.
You lead with product vision, and youve turned it into products real people used at real scale. You can point to them, and youre excited to build for a world where agents become the dominant onchain participants.
You live and breathe AI. You're at the frontier of what's shipping in agents and AI apps, you've usually already tried the thing everyone is talking about, and you build with models rather than train them.
You think from first principles, and you think in systems: novel use cases, incentives, supply and demand, and mechanism design come naturally to you.
You understand crypto and what it unlocks. You don't need to be crypto-native, we have that DNA in-house, but you know why onchain changes what's possible.
You'd rather own a hard decision than wait for consensus to form around it.
You think in P&L per product, not features per sprint.
Send us something you've built with AI in the last 90 days: a product, a prototype, an agent, or a sharp written viewpoint on where AI and the agent economy are going. A link to something you made or wrote tells us more than a resume ever could. Show us how you use AI to think, to work, and to ship. We're an AI-native team and we hire AI-native builders.
The honest partThis is a small team moving fast on an unsolved problem. The scope is enormous and the ambiguity is real. We change our minds when the data does. If you need a settled roadmap and clean lanes, this is the wrong seat. If that is the appeal, you'll love it here.
Why usWe're a fully remote team of unusually resourceful people. We move fast, own our work end to end, and find ways to unblock ourselves instead of waiting. Everyone here is constantly learning, deeply curious, and allergic to busywork. We get together in person twice a year to do the things video calls can't. We're not looking for someone to manage a roadmap. Were looking for someone to help define our next chapter.
