Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000

Overview
We are partnering with a technology-focused organization seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy, campaign execution, and lead generation initiatives. This individual will own the full marketing campaign lifecycle, from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and optimization.
The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management experience and understands how marketing efforts directly contribute to sales pipeline growth. Experience within technology, electronics, semiconductor, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries is highly preferred, as this role requires the ability to effectively communicate with technical stakeholders and understand complex products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept through delivery.
- Establish and improve lead generation and lead nurturing processes, partnering closely with sales teams to maximize conversion rates.
- Analyze marketing funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve lead quality, engagement, and sales outcomes.
- Create marketing roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and priorities.
- Coordinate with external agencies and creative partners to develop content, campaign assets, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations based on data, trends, and market insights.
- Develop and present campaign performance reporting, including ROI analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, campaign management, and demand generation.
- Proven experience developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, lead nurturing, and marketing-to-sales funnel management.
- Experience partnering closely with sales organizations to support pipeline development and revenue growth.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities within a complex or matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions.
- Experience managing agency relationships and external marketing partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Background in semiconductor, electronics, technology, manufacturing, engineering, distribution, or related industries.
- Experience marketing technical products or solutions and communicating effectively with engineering, technical, or product-focused audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with lead management and sales enablement programs.
- Exposure to project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing (ABM), nurture campaigns, or complex B2B sales cycles.
