Key Personnel is seeking an Account Consultant I for a company in the Tulsa, OK area.

Account Consultant I Pay: $20-$25/hr
Account Consultant I Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm

Account Consultant I Responsibilities:

Mobile Blood Drive Development & Territory Growth
• Schedule mobile blood drives within an assigned territory to meet collection goals, including major and minor holidays
• Identify opportunities for growth within existing donor groups and develop strategies to increase total unit collections
• Recruit new organizations, businesses, schools, and community groups to host mobile blood drives
• Rebook recurring mobile drive partners for future years to ensure long-term engagement and retention
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key accounts and community partners

Sales, Outreach & Community Engagement
• Conduct presentations and represent OBI to promote blood donation and increase donor participation
• Actively solicit and secure new donor groups to expand mobile blood drive programs within the region
• Maintain a strong external presence with approximately 80% of time spent in the field, including client visits and presentations
• Effectively communicate OBI’s mission, collection needs, and donor opportunities to community stakeholders

Performance, Reporting & Account Management
• Meet assigned performance metrics and mobile collection goals
• Develop and execute territory growth plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Track, maintain, and update accurate account and donor data within internal systems
• Prepare and submit reports used for planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
• Provide feedback on customer needs, concerns, competitive activity, and growth opportunities

Collaboration & Administration
• Partner effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful mobile drive execution
• Manage schedule efficiently to maximize outreach and minimize travel expense
• Maintain professionalism in all internal and external communications
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor

Account Consultant I Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience required
• Public speaking and presentation experience strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a working vehicle required
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Ability to work independently in a field-based sales environment
• Comfortable with frequent travel and community engagement activities
• Strong relationship-building and customer service abilities
• Experience maintaining accurate data and preparing reports preferred

Account Consultant I Work Environment:

• Field-based role with approximately 80% of time spent outside the office conducting sales calls and presentations
• Frequent interaction with community organizations, donors, and internal OBI teams
• Fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on meeting collection goals and community needs
• Occasional work during evenings, weekends, or holidays may be required for mobile drive coverage

Account Consultant I Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods during events and presentations
• Ability to lift, carry, and transport materials for mobile blood drive setup (up to 25 lbs. occasionally)
• Frequent driving required throughout assigned territory
• Ability to sit, use a computer, and complete detailed administrative tasks for reporting and account management
• Strong verbal communication required for presentations and public speaking engagements
