• Shift: Nights

• Hours: 3:00 PM – 3:30 AM

• Start Date: ASAP

• Call Requirement: None

• Floating: None

• 48-Hour Guarantee: Not Available

• Block Scheduling: Available upon request at time of Submission

We are seeking an experienced MLT to join our team in Texas. The ideal Candidate will play a critical role in supporting patient care by delivering accurate and timely laboratory results while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Candidate will perform laboratory testing and analysis across multiple disciplines, including:

• Hematology

• Chemistry

• Urinalysis (UA)

• Blood Bank

• Gram Stains

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess one of the following certifications:

• MLT (ASCP)

• MLT (AMT)

• MLS (ASCP)

• MLS (AMT)

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 2 years recent laboratory experience

• Strong experience in hospital laboratory settings

• Ability to work independently during night shifts

• Excellent attention to detail and critical-thinking skills

Preferred Equipment Experience

Candidates with experience using the following laboratory systems are strongly preferred:

• Sysmex XN-1000

• Siemens CA-660

• Siemens Dimension EXL

• Ortho Manual Gel

• Sofia 2

Technology & Facility Information

• EMR: MEDHOST / AS-400

• Scrubs: Red top with black bottoms
