Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to support manufacturing projects by preparing, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete molds. This role is essential to delivering durable, high-quality structures across commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:,

• Prepare construction sites, including grading, forming, and setting up reinforcements (rebar, wire mesh)
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools and machinery
• Smooth and finish surfaces using trowels, floats, and finishing equipment, patch concrete.
• Install forms and ensure proper alignment and structural integrity
• Monitor curing process to ensure durability and quality standards
• Operate equipment such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and power tools
• Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean job site
• Collaborate with supervisors and construction team members to meet project deadlines

Required Experience:

• 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in concrete work or general construction
• Experience with pouring, finishing, and curing concrete and patching concrete.
• Familiarity with construction site safety practices

Nice-to-Have Experience:

• Experience operating heavy equipment

Required Skills (Top 3):

• Concrete Finishing (troweling, smoothing, edging)
• Formwork and Reinforcement Setup (forms, rebar placement)
• Construction Site Safety Compliance (OSHA standards, PPE use)

Preferred Skills:

• Concrete Mixing and Placement Techniques
• Use of Power Tools and Construction Equipment
• Knowledge of curing compounds and sealing methods
