The Opportunity
This role will work with remote and onsite employees and act as the subject matter expert. You will work with the training team to create, develop and deliver quality assurance plans for all call center units. You will set goals and monitor continuous improvement in operational divisions.
Responsibilities
Deliver remote, engaging training sessions to enable field teams to meet performance targets.
Updates and maintains training manuals and company guidelines for the team.
Works with and collaborates with managers and supervisors to update and keep them involved in updating training processes.
Track training outcomes and link results to pipeline-driven performance metrics.
Assess learner needs and tailor curricula to improve on-the-job results.
Facilitate on-site coaching to reinforce skills and accelerate time-to-productivity.
Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure alignment with territory targets.
Develop and maintain training materials aligned with company growth goals.
Identify gaps in capabilities and propose targeted development plans.
Present progress and insights to leadership, highlighting ROI of training.
Utilize CRM and learning management systems to track participation and outcomes.
Mentor teammates to foster a culture of continuous improvement and merit-based advancement.
Coordinate live demonstrations and product showcases to support pipeline development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines during training.
Experience/Qualifications
Experience as a trainer or teacher delivering remote, in-person and on-site training sessions effectively.
Proficiency with CRM systems to track training impact on pipeline.
Ability to measure training ROI and present insights to leadership.
Ability to tailor curricula based on learner needs and role requirements.
Strong collaboration with sales and operations to align with territory targets.
Experience delivering coaching and mentoring to accelerate productivity.
Demonstrated ability to identify capability gaps and propose development plans.
Familiarity with learning management systems to track participation and outcomes.
Knowledge of safety and company policy compliance during training sessions.
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills for product showcases.
Completed Bachelor's degree required.
Good computer skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Previous experience in the public sector or Government sector in healthcare a plus.
Must be able to undergo and pass a drug screen and background check.
