Key Responsibilities- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and scheduling details for clients
- Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel options to support planning needs
- Communicate with clients and team members to gather, verify, and confirm travel information
- Create, update, and maintain organized travel records, itineraries, and documentation
- Assist with booking confirmations, schedule changes, and ongoing travel coordination
- Monitor travel plans and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion
- Review travel details for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client preferences
- Support daily operations by maintaining efficient workflows and organized processes
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
- Comfortable using email, calendars, online platforms, and digital productivity tools
- Adaptable, dependable, and proactive in problem-solving
- Previous experience in planning, coordination, administration, customer service, hospitality, or travel is beneficial but not required
- Must reside and be legally authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or Latin America
