$15.00/hr + Weekly Pay

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sequencing Operator to join our team in Lansing. The Sequencing Operator is responsible for accurately sequencing parts and materials according to customer requirements while maintaining quality and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Sequence parts according to production schedules and customer requirements
• Verify part numbers and quantities for accuracy
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper material flow
• Follow quality, safety, and work instructions
• Communicate production issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• Previous sequencing, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and transportation
