Compensation
Performance and commission-based compensation structure with substantial income and long-term growth potential. Earnings are directly tied to individual performance, business development, and client engagement.$70,000 – $160,000+ annually
Compensation:$70,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Educate & lead clients with comprehensive financial planning & fee-based planning
- Serve as a licensed advisor and acquire new business
- Whether you are new to this industry or looking to change institutions, we will help you achieve your personal & business goals
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the United States
- No need for visa sponsorship
- Must be a local candidate
- Obtain licensure prior to start: Life & Health, SIE, and 66
- Prior sales experience and/or bachelor's degree are a plus
