Hire Type: Direct Hire

Benefits: Eligible from day 1 and almost 100% coverage! In addition to 11 paid holidays, 2 weeks vacation, 401K, etc.

Hourly Rate: $21.00 plus $1.00/hr increase after successfully completing introductory period (90 days)

Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: $3,000 sign on bonus

Currently working Mon-Fri, 5am-5pm, however these hours will likely change to 5am-3:30pm

Job Summary: Operate machines that break down railcar wheelsets, recondition axles to be used for new sets, mount new wheels to reconditioned axles, recondition wheelsets, move material and press new bearings on wheelsets that have been reconditioned or new sets.
