Job Summary
Fred Astaire Dance Studios® is seeking a motivated and dynamic Dance Consultant to join our team. This is not a position for a casual instructor who simply comes in to teach a class and leave; this is a comprehensive, active career path.
As a Dance Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing the client lifecycle. You will be the friendly face and knowledgeable guide welcoming guests to our studio, providing exceptional customer service, and directly driving student enrollment and retention.
No prior dance instruction experience is required. We provide 100% of the comprehensive paid training needed to master both our consulting framework and our foundational dance curriculum.
