Meineke is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager (Advisor). To be successful in this position you will need to be reliable, professional, and ready to make a move toward a long-term career with unlimited earning potential. Our shop is a family, and we treat each employee as such.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule customer service appointments
  • Greeting customers in a professional manner
  • Accurate write-up of customer concerns
  • Convey expected costs and obtain approval for repairs
  • Tracking of the vehicle and communicating progress to the customer
  • Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction
  • Performing any additional task assigned by management
  • Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive-related experience
  • Commitment to being a team player

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and repairs performed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in automotive service advising or related field preferred

- Strong knowledge of auto body repair, vehicle maintenance, and mechanical systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional customer service

- Proficient in using computer software for service writing and estimates

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Valid driver's license
