Logistics Coordinator

At Rogall + Co., we protect and preserve homes across California's Central Coast through painting, carpentry, siding, deck construction, wood damage repair, inspections, and maintenance services.


We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Logistics Coordinator to support our operations team by managing materials, equipment, fleet logistics, and warehouse organization. This is a hands-on support role that helps ensure our field teams have the right tools, vehicles, and materials to successfully complete projects.

Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator supports the Operations Team by coordinating materials, managing inventory, maintaining warehouse organization, tracking company vehicles and equipment, and assisting with the movement of resources between the office, warehouse, vendors, and job sites.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order from chaos, takes pride in organization, and wants to grow within a fast-paced home services company.


Key Responsibilities



Materials Coordination

  • Coordinate material orders for active projects
  • Track deliveries and communicate lead times with suppliers
  • Receive, verify, organize, and stage materials
  • Assist project managers and field leaders with material planning
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed
  • Reduce waste through accurate material tracking


Warehouse Management

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
  • Organize tools, equipment, and materials for efficient deployment
  • Track inventory movement and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits
  • Help develop and improve warehouse systems and procedures


Fleet Management

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules
  • Track registrations, insurance, inspections, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain fleet records and documentation
  • Monitor vehicle conditions and report issues
  • Coordinate repairs with vendors and service providers
  • Support company safety initiatives and fleet accountability programs


Equipment Management

  • Track company tools and equipment
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure crews are properly equipped before project starts
  • Maintain equipment inventory records
  • Assist with purchasing and replacement planning


Operations Support

  • Support Project Managers and Field Managers with logistical needs
  • Coordinate deliveries between vendors, warehouse, and job sites
  • Assist with scheduling deliveries and pickups
  • Help identify process improvements that increase efficiency
  • Perform other operational support duties as assigned


Qualifications

Required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and follow-through
  • Basic computer proficiency including Google Workspace and spreadsheets
  • Valid California Driver's License
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to work on your feet, in a warehouse environment, and outdoors as needed


Preferred

  • Experience in warehouse operations
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Experience in fleet management
  • Experience in construction, trades, or home services
  • Experience with purchasing and materials coordination
