Financial Advisor – Build Your Practice with Independence and Support ~The Piedmont Group


This is a permanent, full-time, in-office opportunity that is Performance/Commission-Based

Compensation: $70,000 – $150,000+ annually

As a Financial Advisor, you'll work with individuals, families, and business owners to develop comprehensive financial strategies, including wealth management, retirement planning, risk management, and investment solutions. Compensation:

$70,000 - $150,000 per year


Responsibilities:
  • Build and grow your own financial services practice
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Create customized financial plans and wealth management strategies
  • Help clients achieve their financial goals through holistic planning
  • Collaborate with specialists in investments, estate planning, and trust services
  • Leverage technology, marketing resources, and operational support to scale your business

Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
  • Local candidate
  • Ability to obtain Life & Health, SIE, and Series 66 licenses prior to onboarding
  • Clean Form U4 (no disclosures)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, forward-thinking, and goal-oriented mindset


Preferred

  • Prior financial advisor or financial services experience
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and risk management
  • Sales experience and/or bachelor's degree
  • Currently licensed advisors
  • Individuals transitioning from another firm or entering the industry with strong professional experience
