Position Overview

Univerze is seeking highly motivated, ambitious, and relationship-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help drive user acquisition, partnerships, recruiter engagement, and platform growth. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy networking, building relationships, communicating with decision-makers, and contributing directly to the growth of a fast-paced technology startup.

As an SDR, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for prospective customers, university partners, employers, recruiters, student organizations, and business clients. You will identify opportunities, generate leads, schedule meetings, conduct outreach campaigns, and help expand the Univerze ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound outreach efforts.
  • Build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, business leaders, startup founders, and university administrators.
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls, social media, and networking events.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for senior sales leadership.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Research potential customers and identify ideal target accounts.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Assist in developing sales campaigns and growth initiatives.
  • Represent Univerze at conferences, career fairs, networking events, and campus activations.
  • Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and product teams to improve customer acquisition efforts.
  • Track outreach performance metrics and contribute to weekly sales reporting.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits of Univerze's networking, recruiting, and career development solutions.

  • Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
