Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Finnley is a larger German shepherd that has very limited use of back legs , will need a single story home, he scoots quickly across the floor he goes potty on washable pads, but will also go outside . There can be absolutely no children or cats not sure about other dogs ( he's good with our female pit bull)
