Food Truck Staff

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to join our growing food truck team. This is a very part-time position with flexible hours that may vary week to week, so we are looking for someone with open availability who is willing to step in when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and provide friendly service
• Prepare food and assist with cooking
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory constantly throughout shifts
• Clean and organize workstations during and after rushes
• Wash dishes and maintain cleanliness throughout the trailer
• Assist wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Learn and become cross-trained in all positions within the trailer

Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do. The ideal candidate notices what needs to be done, helps keep the trailer stocked and clean, works well under pressure during busy rushes, and is always willing to learn new tasks. Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic are more important than experience.
