We are looking for dedicated Hospitalists in Polacca, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. These providers will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements:

• 2 years experience required
• Any State License Honored
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in on of the following: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, or another related specialty 
• Active / Unrestricted DEA License
