Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (Part-Time & Flexible Shifts)
Location: Woodbridge, VA and surrounding areas
Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide companion care and personal care services to seniors and adults in Woodbridge and surrounding communities. We have a variety of flexible shifts available, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and fill-in opportunities.

Caregiver Responsibilities
Personal Care Services
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Provide toileting and incontinence care as needed
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Offer medication reminders
- Monitor client well-being and report changes in condition
Companion Care Services
- Provide companionship and social engagement
- Prepare light meals and snacks
- Assist with grocery shopping and errands
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Accompany clients on walks, appointments, or recreational activities
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving, home care, healthcare, or related experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions
- Professional attitude and commitment to client dignity and respect
Requirements
- Must pass a background screening
- Must provide documentation verifying eligibility to work
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently and adapt to client needs
